Binarix is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and was founded in 2009. Binarix creates optimal software solutions. In addition to developing our own products, Binarix also undertakes contract development of FA (Factory Automation) related software. Binarix has developed defect detection, positioning, and measurement software for various applications including LCD panel and semiconductor manufacturing.
